The internal ACG Florida Conference Steering Committee issued an RFP (request for proposal) in 2005 to plan and execute their 2006 function in Fort Lauderdale. Business Events competed against 12 other planning firms and was ultimately hired to manage the day to day operations of the event. This was a result of a distinct service offering with a business and commerce undertone. We completely understood the objectives of the group and proposed solutions to achieve these goals.
In addition to the overall production of the conference, Business Events uniquely assumes the identity of the client, in this case ACG Florida. Our phones are handled and e-mails received and sent to an ACG Florida branded operations center so there is seamless interaction with attendees, sponsors and exhibitors. Essentially we are the operations center of the conference daily business and assume this role pre and post event.
Business Events has been retained to manage the ACG Florida 2007 Capital Connection in Tampa.
