Greg delivers an exciting mix of passion and vital content to his classes in a format best described as “edutainment." His blended approach to teaching is derived from skills acquired over a span of 25 years in commercial radio, technology training, and soft-skills facilitation.

After repatriating to the USA from India in 2008, Greg joined the faculty at the University of Miami where he teaches presentation skills to business professionals. However, Greg's primary focus is environmental sustainability training with emphasis on LEED (green building) and building science. Greg promotes environmental stewardship while he teaches LEED standards worldwide for Everblue Training Institute. His classes prepare professionals to achieve the U.S. Green Building Council's professional LEED credentials, all the while, promoting the triple bottom line of People, Planet and Profit. 

As Senior LEED Training Specialist for the USGBC’s largest LEED educator, Greg is a passionate promoter of green initiatives. As a behavioral change agent, Greg grooms his students to become agents of change; to utilize their own skills and strengths to earn money while advancing positive change that benefits their communities, our nation, the planet and everyone's bottom line.
